I think my contract has been downgraded incorrectly can someone help?
My contract is coming to an end. Yesterday I phoned retention team and agreed something new. The documents came through today and show a different, worse product. Can someone help please? I don't want to fight through 30 mins of phone menu to try to speak to someone.
The email says
Your new package now includes:
Broadband: Volt M500 Broadband
We've removed:
Broadband: Volt Gig1 Broadband
For context I said I wanted 1gig and did not want to change my broadband speeds.
