I recently made a complaint to virginmedia in Sunderland but it has been closed!
Because of their ignoring of the facts (change of address) my complaint to Virginmedia in Sunderland my complaint timed out because they persisted in sending to my old address, my wife still lives there but we now live apart. I also do not have the same email address so they can't contact me there! The gist of my complaint is on closing my account because Virginmedia did not service the new area, I was told not to return my equipment, so I recycled it. Now Virginmedia persist in asking for the return of equipment I no longer have (it has been recycled). My main reason is I am disabled and elderly so it is very tiresome repeating myself.
