I need to talk to a human please.
I have been around and around trying to talk to a human. A. about my bill and B. concerning the old old hub/box 9 yrs old they want back or I get charged £40 for A, I have no where to send it to and no offer of help sending it back.
I was cut off for 1 week and a half no connection at all so no phone to call, I got my next bill no compensation for loss of service at all. I was also cut of a week later.
I had a letter to say bill going up but not by how much if I cant afford it I cant pay it I'm a pensioner now. Please virgin contact me or I'm chucking the towel I'm not ringing any more iv had enough.
