Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties registering with My VM 👉 https://www.virginmedia.com/identity/register .
Are your services active and installed? It's not uncommon for there to be issues registering with My VM until your services are active and installed - and you may not have full functionality of the app until your first bill is generated.
That being said, we are having some issues with My VM at the moment - the team behind the scenes are working to get this fixed ASAP! 🤞 Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
