I have an LPA for my father who a Virgin Media Account Holder and has Dementia. I wish to transfer the account to my mother. How do I go about doing this?

So unfortunately, we're unable to action name changes here - in order to do this, we would need to go down the route of an account cancellation and then speaking to the sales team to get an account in your Mum's name.
As such, the best process is to please give us a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 so we can support further.

This is an LPA request to deal with my fathers Virgin media account. I have seen the requested many times on this forum. I have the LPA key I can share on request. Please point me in the right direction for this?

It depends on the circumstances - what we can do, is action the LPA so you have Power of Attorney on the account but we'd be unable to make a new account in your Mother's name unfortunately.
If you'd like us add you as Power of Attorney then we can certainly do this at the very least.
