I dont see this area code on any of my document

Hello, 

I literally cant seem to be able to log in. I dont see this area code on any of my documents. It is really frustrating that you made the login experience so time consuming. Please, could you be able to tell me what is the area reference for CR76HU and if the account number is the bank account number or is it another account number that you get on any documents.
