I dont know my account number nor have access to my virgin media email address. please help.

Hello

I was originally an NTL world customer and there was a mistake transferring my account to virgin so that I had 2 logins, one with a typo and one without.  now neither of them work.  Neither does my ntlworld email address

I have registered with Virgin media 02 but have no idea of my account number or area reference number to link my account.  I don't think I will be able to locate any bills to help.

could you please assist me in finding my virgin media account number and area reference number?
