I didnt receive a survey

Hi.

I had a technician round yesterday. I was ment to get a survey through email but I never got it. The man's name is Phil 25061. Very satisfied with what he done. He was very polite and understanding and he took his shoes off as soon as he walked in without me asking. Can you make sure he gets my feedback please, much appreciated.
