I can't login / get through to CS as never set up memorable word over the phone

Hi everyone 

Dire situation here. I've been charged double for my broadband. I set it up over the phone. I never received am email confirmation about my account. So can't login. I don't have a memorable word so cant get passed the automated voice to talk to a human. Need this sorted please. Currently my experience of Virgin CS is terrible.
