I can't access my ntlworld spam folder

I can't sign in to webmail with my ntlworld email address, it says it's not a valid address. I can access ntlworld email using an email client but mail blocked  as spam by the VM mail server is only visible on webmail. 

I have tried the "forgot email address" option but it asks for my VM account number and area code. I don't have a VM account anymore. Is there another way to access my webmail/spam?

    You need to be a paying VM customer subscribing to VM services to have a active VM account and retain your email addresses.  Do you still subscribe to VM services?

    As part of VM's terms and conditions, 'You’ll lose access to any emails on your Virgin Media account after 90 days once you’ve been disconnected'.  Some people have been fortunate in that their email account (s) remained active for longer than 90 days.

    Sorry to hear of the the E-Mail issues you've been experiencing with the Virgin Media webmail account.

    We would need to advise that unless you're an active subscriber to our services, we would not be able to offer assistance with an E-Mail issue, other than the prospect of deleting the E-Mail address.

    My advice would be to forward or save any important E-Mails to a new E-Mail address with a dedicated E-Mail provider as the Virgin Media inbox would likely be deleted by our team.
