I cancelled my tv 360 but just got a massive bill.

About two weeks ago I spoke on the phone to virgin and explained I need to drop th tv360 as I can no longer afford it due to the putting up my contart from £63 to £195. Im a pensioner in my seventies and feeling the pinch financially. Today they have billed me £170 and all I asked to keep was my broad band and landline. They really are an appalling company to deal with. Im now going to have to battle to get through to someone to speak to. So annoyed.

    Thanks for your post. 
    Sorry to hear about the bill increase after your cancellation of the 360 service.

    As a rule, we tend not to deal with package changes or billing on here. However, as you've mentioned, you're feeling the pinch and have retired. I would like to get everything sorted for you.
