I AM FED UP NOW. MY BILL IS £30 a month but virgin keeps asking me to pay £45

I have called Virgin at least 14 times about this, and they have confirmed that my bill is £30 for my new contract. However, I keep receiving bills of £45. I do not owe Virgin, and I don't know why they can't sort out my bill.

I have had enough now. Can someone sort this out, please? I can't call anymore. I am done and cancelled my direct debit until Virgin sorts this out

    Do read up, in some of the past topics on here, about the perils of cancelling your direct debit with VM. It is unlikely to bring about any offers of help or investigation from VM into your billing issue.

    What it is likely to do is initiate VM's non-payment procedures (which are a part of the company that works uncharacteristically efficiently). These have caused a lot of problems for some customers in past topics on here and are likely to only compound the problem of your original billing error.

    Hopefully the VM forum team will be able to deal with the issue for you when they reply here, usually within a few days.

    If you think that VM is just an unhelpful, unreasonable, greedy company, go ahead and cancel the DD.

    You'll find out then what they can really be like.

      HELP I AM LOSING IT, I AM ON THE PHONE TO VIRGIN NOW FOR THE 16TH TIME AND SGTILL CANGT SORT OUT MY BILL. THEY SEEM DONT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG. MY BILL IS MEANTG TO BE £30 ALL INCLUSIVE AS THERY GAVE ME A DEAL NOW, THEY HAVE ADDED EXTRA £14.27 AND ANOTHER OWNED FROM LAST BILL BUT I HAVE NEVER OWNEDE ANY MONEY TO VIRGIN, MY CONTRACT FINISHED AND THEY GAVE ME ANOTGHER CONTRACT, I COMPLETELY PAID THE FIRST CONTRACT AND THEY SWITCHED TO THIS NEW CONTRACT WHEN MY LAST CONTRACT EXPIRED

    No email. They are careful not to allow anyone to bother them with direct contacts.
