I added Premier Sport and my bill went up £27?

The above is the new contract I just started 8th April.

Then on the 26th of April, I called to add Premier Sports, which is only one single change I made, apparantley for £10 per month for 3 months....

How did that happen?

I added Premier Sport which was supposed to be £10 per month for 3 months. But my bill went from £94 to £121 and then is seemingly going to £112.

You added Premier Sports on April 26th, and your bill is produced on the 9th of each month. So your May 9th bill would have...

Pro-rata charges for Premier Sports covering April 26th-May 8th, that's roughly two weeks so ~£5, plus normal charges in advance for the May-June bill cycle, so an extra £10

The projection of your monthly subscription will also be presuming PS remains active at £16/month after the initial 3month promotion. If and when you remove it, that projection will be revised downwards.

As you're billed in advance for your services, you would see changes made to your package mid-billing cycle, on your next bill, plus your full month's services bill. These are known as prorates and will reflect the price difference on the dates already paid from the previous month's bill.
