I’m still waiting for a reply from the Sunderland complaints department

Hi everyone,

I’m still waiting for a reply from the Sunderland complaints department after cancelling my Virgin Media contract in April. Everything was returned unopened and unused, but I’ve had no confirmation or refund since.

Has anyone else had the same issue with long response times or missing confirmation emails from Virgin? Any advice would help.
