Hi , just looked at my package and it says I have two hubs , I don’t ,what can I do to get the corrected please .

Hi , I have a hub 3 and one free pod because I am a volt customer , I have been told virgin is replacing the hub 3 , is this true and if so , do I need to request one please .

We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Please can you confirm where it states you have two hubs? Also, does it state that both hubs are the same?
Once we have this information we will better equipped to help you 😄
Says that on mine too, even though i only have one hub. Somebody raised this before but we never got an answer.
Hi Mr_K 👋Thanks for joining this thread to raise your concerns about your contract documents stating a second hub too.
We sadly can't change contract documents as they are automatically generated and sent to you when changing package.
Were you advised of needing a hub upgrade as part of your package change? Did you ever receive a second hub?
If there's only one, it shouldn't be an issue as the equipment on your account will be correct - but please let us know if you have concerns about that, and we can check for you!

Can you post a photo as I've never seen the word "hub" in any of my contracts.
