Hub 3 Overheating

I have had Hub 3 for many years with no issues.Now I have a solid red light on for almost 2 weeks.Hub itself is very warm to the touch.It has nothing around it blocking anything.I have done everything as instructed..I have disconnected from power and reset but it makes no difference,light comes back red.I am a lone female senior citizen and really concerned of fire risk.How can I get this hub swapped out/replaced.

    Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing with the red light on your hub and this feeling very warm to touch.
