How to obtain my account no. and area reference?

Hi,

I've recently joined VM and due to an issue with the sales rep entering my email address incorrectly when placing the order. I haven't received my welcome pack, so I've been unable to check when my equipment is arriving as well as accessing other useful information.

Would anyone be able to tell me what my area reference could be? [REMOVED]

I've been on the phone and chats multiple times with VM agents and I cannot get any sense from them and if I'm being brutally honest the BT/EE customer service was much better before I made the switch.
