How to get my bills older than 12 months?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to get my bills older than 12 months? I searched some messages and it seems I need to pay for this. What specific should I do to get the bills?

    We hold copies of your bills for up to 24 months and it'd cost £2 per copy of any bill produced over 13 months ago.

    Do you require copies of bills within the 24-month timeframe or are there some you need going further back?
