How to downgrade when my contract expires

How can I downgrade my package when my contract ends.

 

ends 15th June and I currently have to mixit, broadband m500, phone line and sky sports add on but I only want the broadband service as I literally only use that and I am poor £98 now for nothing 

I can’t get through on the customer phone line and the live chat is completely useless 

 

also my virgin media app doesn’t even work anymore it just says ‘oops’ so I can’t do anything with it anymore
