How do I get my £100 Bill Credit promised when using U Switch applied?

When I signed up via USwitch I was promised a £100 Bill Credit. U switch say its VM responsibility and can only happen after my first Invoice, but there is nowhere to request/remind/apply for this on the website so far as I can see.

    Sincere apologies for any issues faced with a missed gift, did you receive any email confirmation of this?

    Also any credits offered from third party pages would be dealt with through them.
