How do I contact Complaints department
Virgin Media have messed up my contract and are over charging me but I can't find any way to contact their Complaints team. When I call 0345 454 1111 it doesn't recognise "complaint" as an option. The link on their website says "Oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side. Please try again". Web chat agents don't understand what I try to tell them. I need help urgently. Can anyone help me?
