How do I contact Complaints department

Virgin Media have messed up my contract and are over charging me but I can't find any way to contact their Complaints team. When I call 0345 454 1111 it doesn't recognise "complaint" as an option. The link on their website says "Oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side. Please try again". Web chat agents don't understand what I try to tell them. I need help urgently. Can anyone help me?

  • I told the VM forum team a week ago about the broken link but nothing has been done about it. It seems VM is enjoying the subsequent drop in recorded complaints. 

    Use https://www.virginmedia.com/myvmo2/complaints

  • I'm going through the same and have just received an insulting offer from VM. This appears to be part of their standard mode of operation. It needs to be stopped and they need to establish proper lines of communication. This will be taken further. I hope your situation is resolved soon.

    Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing when trying to resolve the billing issue, and not being able to raise a complaint.
