How claim free TNT Sports on Tivo

Hello,

My mum received an email saying she qualifies for free TNT sports because she watched Eurosport and its going away and to claim via the "Upgrade App".

Has anyone got any steps I can give her for doing this on a Tivo box? The only place can even see about adding TNT sports is greyed out

Webchat just want to offer new packages..

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

    Sorry to hear that your mum is unable to upgrade to TNT Sports through her TiVo box, It may well be the case that we need to upgrade the TiVo to a V6 box.

    Sadly from here, any upgrades need to go through the named account holder.

    If you're able to ask your mum to call us on 150 from a Virgin Media Landline or 03454541111 from any other phone. Once she has passed security she can permit you to discuss the upgrade to a V6 box.

    We also sent an email out about TiVo boxes becoming obsolete and offered a free upgrade last year. You can also check her online account here for a free upgrade.
