How can I turn on ebilling, no option to do so via app or website?

I see this is a common problem and I am unable to resolve it either.

  • So I've sent PM's but no solution in sight. 

    This is verging on the ridiculous. It cant be sorted out over the phone apparently, no option to change it on the app/site... and ghosted on the PMs.

    It really shouldn't be this difficult Virgin Media.

  • Only 2 messages in my inbox, last from 3 days ago. 

    Both messages were from Sabrina_B

    Nothing since then I'm afraid.

      Checking again here, it's only 2 messages that have been sent to you. We recieved a reply from the first one, which prompted the second. If you reply to the latest one from Sabrina, with the answer to the questions she's asked, she'll be back in touch with you then.

  • Hello, I have replied again at 20:43. However, pressing reply to the PM, did not confirm it has sent, so I pressed it repeatedly until I got an error saying I have sent the message too many times. I can assure you I am attempting to reply to the PM's so I will be interested to see if you are receiving them.

    That said, I have replied and answered the required questions.
