How can I talk to someone about my bill

I have been paying around £26 a month for an 18 month contract. This is coming to an end and I have had new contract through for 28 a month.

However my bill for this month is 58 and I have no idea why.

i cannot find any way to discuss this with someone. I call the support number but there is no option to explain why my bill has gone high, and no option to talk to anybody.

what do I do in cases like this?

    Sorry to hear of the confusion caused by the bill received, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

     

    Can you confirm if the new contract has started? We charge in advance so the first bill may cover two months, if you have access to your online account you can view the bill to see if it covers two months.

    You can view your package and cost here, you will also receive a bill each month. The bill will include any promotional discounts currently on the account, they're value and the date they're due to expire outlining the package cost after they end. These can be viewed here.
