Hotel Virgin Media - Checked out, but can't leave

Looks like troubled times ahead. I've handed in my notice, but seems like a lot of waiting and discussion on the phone has fallen on deaf ears. No signs of my end of contract on my web account, even though I called exactly 30 days before end of contract. Incidentally, no better offer was given, as with others on this chat. They really do not value existing customers.

Any new customers reading this should note there is a sting at the end of your contract with the price hikes they will lay out. Mine due to rise from £28/month to over £50 in April, if they don't honour my cancellation notice. I'm only here, because I need to find out when I will get my router return box, as I leave for 3 week holiday when my contract expires.

Reading some sorry stories of them fining you even after returning the equipment. How nasty can it get I wonder.

    You should receive free postage and packaging within 10 days of your disconnection going through. If, by any chance, it hasn't arrived by then, we'd suggest filling in this form here
