I have had my Broadband updated and received a new Router following the failure of my very old SuperHub. Somehow I also appear to have signed up for an additional £9.99 fee for HomeWorks, something I cannot recall being told about or agreeing too during my phonecall to the Call Centre. How do I cancel this unwanted extra?

Sorry to hear of your concern with Homeworks added to your package. Sometimes Homeworks is inclusive in someone's contract/package.
If this is not the case with you, please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and selecting 'Messages' from the drop-down.
