Home move

I am in the process of moving house and my account package to my new address. When I was arranging this move I requested to keep my original package with no ad ons. 
Today I was checking my bank account only to find a payment had been taken for AmazonPrime £95. As I have not signed up for or requested this via Amazon I believe this has been added to my VirginMedia package.  I did not request this or authorise a payment to be taken.

Please advise how I get this refunded before I go to my bank.

    Are you sure that this has been added by Virginmedia, and not by Amazon itself? Seems very unlikely to me.

    What does your VM online account say?

  • Hey Gloria33, thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to hear about the Amazon Prime charge, also a warm welcome to the community.

    Currently you can only add Amazon Prime yourself via stream etc.

    We would advise to reach out to Amazon Prime as this is only £7 a month not £95.
