Home move issues

I have recently moved my VM broadband and tv services to my new home but seem to have lost Netflix and UHD and my account is showing my future bills as £250+ (!) not the £70 I was paying previously. Someone on chat was meant to be looking into it and calling me back but they never did. Can someone on here look into what has happened? Thanks

    When you move house you should have a new contract, but with the same conditions as the old one until it expires. 

    It sounds like they have ignored this and started you on a new contract. It's happened before. 

    Hopefully a VM person can pick this up and offer to help.

    Yes, should have been a “Move and Transfer” with no changes.

    As mentioned unless you changed anything like upgraded / downgraded nothing should of changed.

    However you will get a double bill again for the 1st month.

    Does your contact sheet state these was included?

      It was arranged over chat. They said that price and services would stay the same. I have the transcript if you need it.

        You should of been sent a contact, did you get this at all?

        So to confirm the price has also changed ( gone up in price)

        However you have been charged £250 is that correct?
