Help with email verification

I am new the VM, I have set up the WiFi however I can't get the email verification through for my VM, can someone help please

    Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

    Sorry to hear you have been having this issue with your My VM account, can you confirm what specifically is the issue when your processing this out? The verification can come into your spam folder.
