Help please I am being overcharged

May this year I began with a downgraded contract—broadband and phone only/weekend calls—at a reduced monthly fee [having discarded the tv stuff]


Alas, I found myself profoundly unwell with leukaemia around that time, as such I was unable to keep a close eye on the ball, with the result that yesterday I noticed I was still being billed at the former rate: the higher charge that included the television.

 

Attempts at contacting VirginMedia to alert them to the error have failed. I am unable to contact them via dialling 150. If anyone has any ideas I would be grateful if you might share them here

  • Having taken a closer look, the charges vary and I am assuming this must be phone charges* … as I had inadvertently continued to use the landline midweek 

    *I phone Australia now and again
