Being overcharged

I was quoted and signed up to a deal at £25 per month however i am being overcharged more than double each month and cant get theough to anyone even the sales agent wont help. I have all the paperwork to prove the original cost was agreed upon.

 

Does anyone have a contact number or email to help please

    You can view your package and cost here, you will also receive a bill each month. The bill will include any promotional discounts currently on the account, they're value and the date they're due to expire outlining the package cost after they end. These can be viewed here.

     

    If you would rather speak to an agent you can give the team a call on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 option 1, option 4 then option 4 this will get you through to the contracts team who will be able to look into this further for you.

      Customer services aren't any help on the phone and same situation with online chat....I have agreed a contract yet being charged more than double and have all the paperwork to prove

        I am in the same boat and getting nowhere.  Been chatting to the forum team for over 2 weeks and no further forward.  About to pull the plug and leave as it's just not worth the hassle.

  • It doesn't look like you are about to get any relevant help on here so I suggest raising a formal written complaint with a view to escalating to the Ombudsman https://www.virginmedia.com/help/complaints
