Help on new deal
Hi,could someone possible look into our new deal ive done today via whatsapp with a Virgin media person please?
I wanted to upgrade our package to exactly the same other then go from 500mb broadband to the 1gig,after going back and forwards for hrs we finally agreed on some bundle at a certain price that suits us,i told them i want to keep the sim that we already have and not to give me a new one which they said thats fine they’ll attach the old sim to this package.
Is this correct info as its coming upto Xmas and my daughter uses that sim and i cant be bothered having to chase this up if the persons made a mistake at VM? All i want is exactly the same package other then upgrade broadband speed.
If someone can check our account for me to assure me its just hub/broadband would be most gratefull please.
