Help moving home

Can anyone from VM please assist, I have tried chat and unfortunately didn’t get anywhere both times.

i am moving home and was wondering if there is an alternative way to install if possible. Going to a mid terrace and ideally do not want cables over door frames and drilled everywhere like my current install. 

can it be checked if the property has had VM previously as I cannot remember seeing a grey box in front of the house.

      Thank you David, there is a charge of £20 and I asked about change of package for £35 and the call handler said I need to do this when we move in is this correct?

        Thanks for coming back to me Les2013.

        When a move is processed, this would generate a standard charge of £20.00 and with this, the agreement you have with Virgin Media currently would be expected to carry over to the new address, including the contract term that remains.

        In some cases, we may need to discuss a new deal if you're currently out of contract or if you're contract includes products/promotions that have since expired.
