Help before I have to cancel!
I am having a nightmare. I do not have my account number due to a phone issue managing to erase all my emails! I have been speaking to Virgin on here to try and sort it out. However although I can answer most of their questions, I can’t answer ones like “how much is your next bill?” Or “when is your next bill due?” As I can’t access my account. I haven’t even been connected yet so without access to my account how can I answer this? I am having a mare trying to make them understand. I am afraid I will need to cancel and go elsewhere. We have already gone almost three weeks with free view and no WiFi.
