Help before I have to cancel!

I am having a nightmare. I do not have my account number due to a phone issue managing to erase all my emails! I have been speaking to Virgin on here to try and sort it out. However although I can answer most of their questions, I can’t answer ones like “how much is your next bill?” Or “when is your next bill due?” As I can’t access my account. I haven’t even been connected yet so without access to my account how can I answer this? I am having a mare trying to make them understand. I am afraid I will need to cancel and go elsewhere. We have already gone almost three weeks with free view and no WiFi.

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  If you need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with contacting us and your account number. I can see that you're already being supported by one of my colleagues on this issue. 

    We ask Community members not to open multiple threads on the same issue. This is so we can offer help and advice within one space and save from any confusion and repeated requests that can cause issues on the account which may delay any resolution. This also helps other members in finding all the support they need in one space, should they have similar questions/concerns.
