help - WiFi connection issues

have got 1 gig broadband but since upgrade have lost almost all wireless conections have been trying to get it sorted for a week so need engineer to call in to sort it as that is what im paying for please help urgently

    Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment. I've looked into your connection and can see that your downstream power levels are too low and this is what is causing the issues that you're experiencing. An engineer would need to attend your home to resolve the issues.     VM only support 30Mb over wifi if you want the full speed use wire because there is a wire to the hub for a reason or else the hub would only have power only

      i am using wire to pc but need wireless for my printer and google home  is it unreasonable to expect that as it used to work on virgin 5oo speed

    I'm sure a printer uses less then 10Mb VM don't support google home
