Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment. I've looked into your connection and can see that your downstream power levels are too low and this is what is causing the issues that you're experiencing. An engineer would need to attend your home to resolve the issues.
