Help! - account number

Somehow all my emails have been wiped out of existence. I have no idea what my account number is (signed up 29th March) and therefore despite all the tech being delivered I have no idea when/how we can use it. I have tried chat but no one ever answers. Twice my phone has died while waiting. Does anyone know how I can get my account number?  Please?

    we need an engineer visit as not all previous wires etc in place

    Installation matters should be dealt with by the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734. Explain the problem and request a tech visit to install a socket. Can't say whether or not you need an account number to speak to them.

  • Thanks for coming back to us Patricia. We are currently experiencing an issue with our online account system and this could be the cause of you not receiving the email. I'll do some further checks from here to see if theres anything else that we can do. Please also check your junk or spam folder as the emails can sometimes find their way in to those folders.

      As advised in my previous post. We are currently experiencing an issue with our online account system and this could be the cause of you not receiving the email. I'll do some further checks from here to see if theres anything else that we can do.
