We're very sorry if you were not advised of a credit check during a call with us, were you signing up with us as a new customer during this call? Were you looking to take out cable services (TV/broadband/landline)?

Yes I was signing up as a new customer for just broadband.

We do perform a credit check on every customer when they do sign up.
We are sorry if you wasn't told or aware of this.

You can also email creditfileamendments@virgin.co.uk who can look at removing this.
It can take 21 working days for a reply.
