Hard credit check

Question

Hello why did I get a hard check on my credit score for just a broad brand ?&nbsp;
I don’t think this is fair I wasn’t told a hard check will be carried out.&nbsp;
I’m getting a hard check for a contract of 26 pounds a month ?
Please tell me this is an error on your part, I wasn’t told they’d be a hard check i wouldn’t have gone for it,
Please this has affected my score with 72 points not nice please can you check into this ?

 As per our terms and conditions, which can be accessed here, we're entitled to carry out credit checks on you at any time.&nbsp;
 Please refer to the link entitled "Terms and Conditions - TV, Fibre, Phone (from 4 February 2024)".
 You'll then need to refer to the sixth point under "I. Paying for your services". The page numbers are seven and eight.
