Hi thanks for reply, today i was called and offered new deal which included netflix. i explained i already paid £10.99 a month for mines and was told i would receive activation message but haven’t received one. after reading pinpoint in your link am i right in saying i cant transfer my current netflix and it says i need to cancel my current subscription. u was told it would be seamless, surely if i cancel subscription i’m going to have a period without netflix

If you take out Netflix via us and already have an existing Netflix subscription, you can still keep that same subscription but transfer it so that you just pay for it via your bundle with us instead. You don't have to delete/close your current subscription.
Have you received the activation email yet? It'll confirm the above within that along with how to do it.

thanks for reply.
No i haven’t received email to activate it. so i don’t have to cancel netflix will they just stop payment at their end once virgins version starts ?
