Got a 1Gig Broadband - Haven’t received Disney+ Perk

Hi,

 

I’ve just joined VM on a 1Gig broadband deal. I haven’t yet received the 6 months free Disney plus subscription as promised when I signed up.

 

can someone look into this for me please

    I think the Black Friday offer was 3 months, unless I missed a higher package being 6 months?

      Yes you are right. It is only 3 months…wishful thinking🤣 I still haven’t received anything though!

        When you sign in to your My Virgin Media account here, is an "Activate" button showing in the "Entertainment services" section under "Disney+"?
