We have a range of deals and offers available depending on which services you take out with us. There's also a range of discounts which can be applied as part of an agreed contract term - usually with the highest of these being for multiple services with us (For example, Broadband, TV and Phone).
It may be the case that the best deal available involved adding on the landline service - which would involve us sending out an adapter to you which you can use to connect a landline phone to your hub.
We don't generally offer support with package changes via this platform as they are best done in real time. But please do feel free to get back to us here if we need to offer support in raising a complaint, so there's a formal record of your feedback.
