I cant locate my acc number, ive not had bills to my email address since 2022?? Ive just managed to get an account on the app but i cant contiue to link my VM acc because i cant locate the acc number anywhere??

Do you have a paper copy of your contract as the information will be on there? Or maybe you've saved your contract to your computer?
If you pay by direct debit then you should be able to view the account number on your paper or online bank statement. I'm with the Halifax and when I click on the VM transaction on my online bill it shows a 12 digit reference number. The first 9 digits are my VM account number.
You might also need your area reference number. If so a member of the forum team will need your postcode or town/city so they can advise you of that.
