Any ideas when the free TV will arrive?
it’s been 66 days since installation
I contacted virgin who set a date but sent out an engineer instead of delivering the tv then tried to charge me a £25 call out fee
contacted them again today to be kept in a conversation for nearly 2 hours to be told it will be a further 14 days.
contract says up to 42 days from installation 🤷🏼♀️
nearly double the expectation and I don’t hold out much hope of it arriving in that time frame.
