Free TV with order

I spoke to an agent on live chat today and was told the order for my tv was placed on the 5th of September and I would receive delivery either today (Tuesday the 9th of September) or tomorrow but I’ve received no email from Exertis or Virgin Media regarding tracking details etc.

      My install date was 11th of July. Waited almost the full 55 days they told me it would take to receive tracking details from Extertis and heard nothing so on the 2nd of September I contacted them and was told the issue would be passed to the exceptions team and I would receive a response with a resolution within 72 hours. 72 hours passed and nothing! I contacted them again today and was told the tv order was placed on the 5th of September and to expect delivery either today which is the 9th of September or tomorrow, I still haven’t received any tracking details though and the agent on live chat said he couldn’t provide them! It’s all very confusing
