Free TV Offer still not received

Had nothing but issues with this company since we signed up. Whilst their services and signal may be good their customer service has been nothing short of appalling. 

If I could go back in time 7 months I would GO WITH SKY!!!!

Signed up on the 9th July which followed with countless issues with the installation which was a massive issue after they attended our property with no prior warning, causing damage and leaving an uncovered cable sticking out of the grass on the front of our property). It took two attendances for this to be resolved and even then I was met with rude and condescending contractors carrying out the work.

Our services were up and running on the 26th July. 

When we signed up there was an offer running of £200 credit or a 50" Hisense 4K Smart TV. We chose the TV and I received a text message on the 10th July confirming "Great news! Your new Virgin Media package includes a FREE GIFT. It'll be sent out once your services have been up and running for 55 days." 

55 days comes and goes and nothing is heard from Virgin. 55 days should have been 19th September. 

Phone call to Virgin on 26th September, reported the issue and was told it would take 72 hours to resolve. I was told it had been sent to the rewards team for processing. Nothing further heard.

Phone call to Virgin again on 13th October having not heard anything in the interim. Informed that they are not sure why no one got back to me. It has been passed to the rewards team by the necessary form and I needed to allow another 72 hours for their response.

Phone call to Virgin on the 15th October and I am confirmed as eligible for the offer, I am told the TV is being dispatched and should be delivered in the next few days. 

Phone call to Virgin again on the 23rd October having not received any TV, when I am informed that the TV is not yet dispatched, the form has not yet been sent to the Rewards Team but they will do so. I mean WHAT?! Formal complaint submitted. 

Further phone call on the 10th November where I am told it is still with the exceptions team and they are still waiting for the rewards team to process the request. (which I was told was being done on the 26th September - 45 DAYS BEFORE THIS!!!). I was promised a call back on the 15th November at 10:30am which I obviously never had.

I am losing the will to live. How hard can it be for Virgin to comply with the contract we entered into with them. Every time I speak to anyone I am told to allow 72 hours to respond and then no further contact is made. 

This company is a disgrace and should be held to account for what they contract for. IT IS NOW 114 DAYS SINCE SERVICE HAS BEEN RUNNING AND STILL NO TV OR SIGN OF ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THIS ISSUE.

    Next, you will be told it's out of stock. That's the most recent excuse.
