    Sorry to hear you've no update on your gift, If a gift is included with your order,  within 28 days of your services being installed and activated the gift supplier Exertis will dispatch this to their courier service, UK Mail. It can then take a further 14 days for UK Mail to deliver the package, meaning that in total it can take up to 42 days from the date of services being installed and activated before the hardware gift arrives.
