Free Sim Ooopmh .... and gone!

Sadly I need to stop working such long hours (I don't get paid overtime!) and pay more attention!  I was an Oomphh (who thought of that name!) package holder and it came with a free unlimited Sim. 

Then Virgin merged with O2 and my bills started rolling in for 2 virgin mobiles AND the free one. 

This has been going on for years and I still didn't look closely until now and realise I'm paying £40.41 per month for what is supposed to be free.  And it is not being deducted from my (now) Volt bill, which I now see the contract has ended and I'm paying £168.42.  I also see Volt mobile is included with my expired contract, which I stupidly assumed was the free Sim I signed upo to with OOMPHH!

I'm really disappointed at myself, and how easily I let hard-earned money drip out of my account!   I see some Virgin staff presence on threads saying monthly debits should pass from O2 to Virgin to be credited but that hasn't happened in my case.

I'd really appreciate some help, please!
