Free gift tv

Hi has anyone received their free gift tv, my contract started on the 30th of August and I still haven’t had any information regarding my tv. I’m well over my 55 days since my email confirmation timeframe so can’t understand why I haven’t heard anything. Contacted customer support supposed to get back to me within 72 hours no response, also done a complaints investigation still no reply. Has anyone having the same problems cheers Wayne
