When will I receive my gift?
Hardware Gifts
For most gifts, our trusted partner Exertis will despatch your hardware gift within 28 days of the activation or installation of your Virgin Media services. Once your gift has been despatched, it should be delivered to you within 14 days.
If your gift is an iPad, purchased as part of a Mega Volt bundle promotion, another of our trusted partners, TLC, will dispatch your iPad within 55 days of the activation or installation of your Virgin Media services. Once your iPad has been dispatched, it should be delivered to you within 14 days.
I haven’t received my gift
Remember, if you are receiving a Virgin Media free gift of hardware or wine, it can take an additional 14 days for your gift to get to you once it has been dispatched. It is possible that the courier attempted to deliver it while you were not at home. If they did attempt a delivery, they will drop a card through your letterbox letting you know how to rearrange your delivery.
If you have not received your gift after 14 days of being dispatched, call us for free on 0345 454 1111 and one of our team will be happy to help.
Our opening times to speak to our team are 7am-11pm Monday to Friday and 8am-8pm Saturday to Sunday.

We're sorry to hear you've not received your free iPad yet. Given that you have mentioned you were installed on 26th April, this would put the 55 days as June 20th. Due to it being over the 55 days, please contact TLC via email using the details newapollo has posted above. They'll be able to check the status of things for you.

Yes I believe so. I was connected on 31st March and have been fobbed off by numerous people, with all the excuses you can imagine! I have taken screenshots of the various web chats, where they have said I am eligible and was even given a tracking number because it was going to be delivered by Tuesday! Obviously, this was an invalid tracking number and it was never going to be delivered, as that was almost a month ago now. I am now contacting Trading Standards.
